Thank you for considering Hillcrest in your search for Southern California retirement communities. Discover how easy it is to become a resident of a remarkable senior living community.

Our Admission Procedure.
When you are ready to apply to Hillcrest, consider the following:
Priority Date Agreement (Registrant)
Complete the Confidential Application for Admission and gain preliminary financial approval. Complete the Priority Date Agreement. Completion will place your name on an active waitlist. Those with the earliest priority date will be first in line to choose from available accommodations. The current priority deposit amount is a non-refundable $500.00.
Selection of Residence
Meet with a marketing representative to learn about the various accommodations and custom features available to you. After the residence of your choice has been selected, a $1,500 refundable deposit is accepted and a Reservation Agreement is signed to secure your selection. You will have 60 days for Residential Living and 30 days for Assisted Living and Memory Care to complete the application forms. Then get ready to move to Hillcrest!
Complete the Application
The Physician’s Medical Report should be completed by your physician, then returned to Hillcrest. You will complete the Resident Appraisal yourself. The Resident Information and Preference Form, Biography Form, Long-Term Care Insurance, Admissions Policy and Procedure are included for your review.

Memory Care
Memory care provides 24-hour specialized support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, with services designed to promote safety, dignity and quality of life.
Residential Living
Residential living is a lifestyle-focused living option similar to independent living, offering private homes or apartments with access to community amenities, services and social opportunities.
Assisted Living
Assisted living provides housing, meals and personal care support for individuals who need help with daily activities while maintaining as much independence as possible.
RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly)
An RCFE is a California-licensed assisted living facility that provides non-medical care and supervision for older adults who need assistance with daily activities.
