A Few Things to Know Before Applying.
- Since we work with older adults, background checks are required for all applicants.
- Background checks can take several weeks to complete, so be sure to apply early so you can start as soon as possible.
- Background checks ARE NOT required for filling out an application. If your application is accepted, then you’ll be asked for:
- Fingerprinting (Live Scan)
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Valid identity and Employment Eligibility documents
- Current certifications (only positions that require a certification, such as a copy of a driver’s license for positions that require driving, food handling, caretaking, etc.)

A CCRC is a senior living community that offers multiple levels of care, allowing residents to transition from independent living to assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing as their needs change.
Memory Care
Memory care provides 24-hour specialized support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, with services designed to promote safety, dignity and quality of life.
CUB (Community Unity and Belonging)
Community Unity and Belonging refers to programs and practices that foster connection, inclusion and meaningful relationships among residents within a senior living community.
