TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The Supervisor of Support Services is responsible for the coordination and supervision of this department.

Alternative/Private transportation, such as Yellow Cab and Airline Coach, is available by private arrangement. Please call the Concierge for assistance.
Monday-Thursday
Please call 392-4325, Monday—Friday (by 4 p.m.) to schedule appointments at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
For messages left on the appointment answering machine after 4 p.m. Friday, the 72-hour window will begin the following Tuesday.
Effective July 1, 2023, Sunday – Thursday trips within the service area are free of charge.

No Service Available on the following days:
- Every Thursday afternoon (due to Mini Bus Rides for Woods and Southwoods Lodge from 1:30– 4:00 pm)
- Whenever there is a Wanderers trip (a monthly outing; check the Happenings for schedule)
Campus Shuttle (Trolley)
The Campus Shuttle is available by calling ext. 4630 or 392-4000, ext. 4630
- Monday—Friday: 10:00 a.m. through 6:30 p.m.
- If the Trolley is unavailable, please contact Security for on campus transportation needs: Ext. 50 or (909) 392-4040
Medic-1 provides a medical transport service with a private fee schedule and is for residents unable to use private services. Arrangements must be made in advance. Contact the Social Services office at 4345 (or 392-4345 for Verizon subscribers).
Public transportation, such as Metro Link and Get-About is available by private arrangement. In addition, for Hillcrest residents who are eligible, Access Transportation is also available. Please refer to the last page of Hillcrest’s quarterly Resident Telephone Directory for additional information.
